Coriander is rich in vitamins A, C, K, dietary fibre, manganese and other nutrients. These nutrients help you to stabilise you blood sugar levels, aids with weight loss healthily , stimulates digestion, and skin care.
Coriander may be a bit slow at the beginning and grow side-wards. Soon the growth will accelerate and plants will grow upwards again. Single leaves can be started harvesting after 1-month planting. Harvest the whole plant in about 2 months from planting, but no later than 2 months for best flavour.
